The Siripornsawan family opened Basil Thai Cuisine in 2007 to share authentic meals from our homeland with Central New York.
From our family to yours, our meals are truly family oriented. Pong and his wife Nit cook and care for their guests from the kitchen. The meals are prepared from the very recipes Pong’s mother handed down from her kitchen! We want our guests to enjoy. Real Thai, real food.
Phoenix is a short drive from Syracuse, NY just north of Liverpool. Please join us for lunch or dinner, Tuesdays through Saturdays.

We love Basil Thai!! Great soups, Thai Pad, and chicken fried rice. Generous portions. We have ordered for our dinner parties at home too!!! The owners are incredibly friendly to their customers. Highly recommend this restaurant

My favorite Thai restaurant
The food is great, and the restaurant is close to my house. But it’s the fact that Pong and Nit always make me feel like a welcome guest that makes Basil my favorite Thai restaurant. Pong will make the food to your taste – mild to hot. Eating their food is a treat!
